Policies:
  • Cost - Our proposed cost is net to you, You must add your own markup
  • Proposal - We require a signature from you on our proposal prior to production
  • Down payment - We require a deposit of 50% down and the balance on receipt of awning
  • Graphics - We cam design and apply graphics in-house or you can purchase the awning as a blank
  • Frame drawing & art data - We require your signature on any frame drawings and art work which we produce for you to insure accuracy of all information
  • Shipping methods - We can price your project FOB our shop, delivered to you or installed on site
  • Shipping time - After completion of above, we will put your job into our production schedule and provide an estimated ship or installation date to you
  • Electrical - You or your customer is required to handle and arrange all on-site electrical work
  • Permits - You or your customer is required to obtain all necessary sign and building permits

FAQ:

Q. Is there any such thing as a standard awning?
A. No. All awnings are custom made to your sizes and specifications.

Q. What size awnings and canopies can you build?
A. We ore limited to 45' long awning sections. The height and projection limits are determined by engineering aspects of each particular job.

Q. My customer wants a canvas awning ... is this an option?
A. Canvas is not recommended for exterior awnings, We highly recommend using Sunbrella, an acrylic fabric. It has the look of canvas, but is designed to Withstand exterior weather conditions.

Q How many rows of lights should I have in my awning?
A. One row of rights will adequately light a 4' high 2' projection awning.

Q.What is eradication?
A. Eradication is the process of removing the top color of a vinyl substrate to a white base. The graphic area can be left white or a colored, pressure sensitive film can be applied over it. This is essential when creating a multi-colored, illuminated awning.

Q. What hardware is needed to mount the awning?
A. We will provide "z" brackets and lag bolts for mounting.

Q. What kind of surface is required to mount the awning to?
A. A structurally sound surface, which can be either wood, tin or brick. It should be flat, smooth, and free of any obstructions for easiest installation.

Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. It varies depending on our workload, but it normally ranges from 2-4 weeks. We strive to have no more than a 4 week turnaround once frame drawings and art data are signed.
